Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom & Personalized Items: All custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order jewelry is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
