Custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time. Production timelines vary by item and will be displayed on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier. However, we are not responsible for delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and provide assistance.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, we may require an adult signature upon delivery to help protect your purchase.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
