Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within the return period stated in our Return Policy, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

6. Final Sale Items

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. After production begins, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
